台半導體年產值可望突破2兆

（中央社記者張建中新竹2014年3月17日電）工研院產業經濟與趨勢研究中心(IEK)看好，今年台灣半導體產值可望突破新台幣2兆元，將達2兆981億元，成長11.1%。

根據IEK統計，去年台灣半導體產值1兆8886億元，年增15.6%；其中，IC製造業成長幅度最大，產值達9965億元，年增20.2%。

去年台灣IC設計業產值4811億元，年增16.9%，成長幅度位居第2。IC封裝及IC測試業去年產值分別成長4.6%及4.2%。

IEK預期，台灣今年半導體產值可望持續成長，將可突破2兆元關卡，達2兆981億元，年增11.1%。

IEK看好IC設計業今年產值可望達5425億元，將較去年成長12.8%，將是成長幅度最大的次產業。

IEK預期，IC製造業今年產值將可突破1兆元大關，將達1兆1110億元，年增11.5%；IC封裝及IC測試業今年產值將分別成長8.2%及8.1%。
