熱火背靠背客場以86：107不敵巫師。

巫師4人得分上雙，迎來兩連勝，上半場他們三分球7投7中，投籃命中率高達63%。拉蘇-巴特勒（Rasual Butler）成為奇兵，得到全隊最高的23分，沃爾（John Wall）全場轟下18分和13次助攻，戈塔特（Marcin Gortat）也有15分和10個籃板進賬。

熱火的韋德（Dwyane Wade）13投9中、得20分，波許（Chris Bosh）14投9中、得21分。

兩隊一開賽就展開對攻，巫師首節以30：22領先。熱火的防守跟不上，給了巫師很多空位出手的機會，迅速以40：24拉開差距。上半場巫師三分球7投7中。讓熱火以49：64落後。

巫師第三節以72：51拉開差距。韋德連續在左角跳投命中，熱火還以一波8：0攻勢後，將比分追成59：72。戈塔特兩度籃下得手，沃爾投中1記三分球，巫師又以81：64擴大優勢。三節過後，熱火仍以66：81處於劣勢。

第四節開啟後不久，勝負很快就失去懸念，巫師打出12：0的攻擊，在終場前7分39秒時以93：68遙遙領先。熱火只得放棄，撤下了全部主力。
