證交所組織改造 新設2部1組

（中央社記者田裕斌台北2013年12月17日電）台灣證券交易所董事會決議，啟動組織改造，將新設包括公司治理部、秘書部及新產品研發組，稽核部則改名券商輔導部，暫訂明年上路。

證交所董事長李述德表示，未來結算部將整合到交易部，法務議事部將整合到新設的秘書部。

李述德指出，新設公司治理部凸顯主管機關對上市公司治理的重視，秘書部則整合法務、管理文書、綜合文書處功能，交割、結算兩部也將整合，並將稽核部更名為券商輔導部，組織調整將不增加人力的原有配置。
