烏克蘭總理：俄羅斯計劃 停止輸送天然氣至歐盟

根據路透社報導，烏克蘭總理周三警告，俄羅斯計劃於今年冬季，停止供應天然氣至歐洲。

「烏克蘭的能源情況遭遇困難。我們知道俄羅斯甚至計劃於今年冬季，停止輸送天然氣至歐盟國家，」Arseniy Yatsenyuk在政府的一項會議上說道。

媒體報導說，6月，因帳單未付的爭議，俄羅斯切斷了大部份對烏克蘭的天然氣供應，在俄羅斯總統普丁與烏克蘭總總Poroshenko於周二舉行的會議中，此一問題亦獲得討論。

歐盟能源專員Guenter Oettinger周二說，歐盟已開始分析俄羅斯停止供給天然氣的影響。

「有六個歐盟國家，100%依賴俄羅斯，其中四個國家直接由俄羅斯取得天然氣，無需經由烏克蘭轉送，」Oettinger告訴德國圖片日報Bild說。
