無黨籍台北市長參選人柯文哲競選總部上午舉行成立大會，許多民眾到場支持，現場邀請勞動服務、白芯羽、VMJ表演工作室、Nasyy南西等樂團演出，民進黨主席蔡英文因有其他行程無法到場。
