彰銀改選／民股讓步 爭議轉圜…

陷入膠著的彰銀董事改選案，在民股讓步下，出現新轉機。據了解，金管會銀行局昨（8）日致電彰銀董事長陳淮舟，表達主管機關立場，彰銀方面最快今日、最慢下周一（13日），就會發函通知召開董事會，討論股東臨時會董事改選事宜。

彰銀本屆董監事任期，即將在11月25日到期。按規定，彰銀最遲必須在今日召開董事會，但因民股、公股對於爭取審計委員會三席獨立董事席次，各持己見，董事會遲遲無法舉行，導致11月改選無法如期舉行，引起金管會關切。

金管會官員表示，主管機關的立場很簡單，就是金融機構要依法行事，因此，即使大股東間有不同意見，任何行為仍要依法進行。

銀行局致電陳淮舟了解狀況後，陳淮舟已向金管會承諾，將儘速發函通知召開董事會，最晚時間為下周一。
