新疆莎車案判處12死刑15死緩

據大陸天山網報導，10月13日，喀什地區中級人民法院對莎車縣「728」案部分被告人作出一審判決並公開宣判，分別判處奧斯曼‧阿卜來提等12名被告死刑；判處熱合曼‧薩德爾等15名被告人死刑，緩期二年執行；判處艾力‧圖爾蓀等9名被告人無期徒刑；判處阿爾孜古麗‧阿曼等20名被告人20年至4年不等的有期徒刑。
