（中央社記者程啟峰高雄18日電）燁輝企業股份有限公司今天舉行103年股東常會，通過102年股息及股東紅利發放現金股利新台幣0.2元，一掃101年虧損陰霾。

燁輝近幾年在中國大陸設廠獲利穩定，公司看好大陸汽車、家電市場潛力，大陸廠將再斥資擴廠，燁輝大陸廠產能規模不斷提升，可望超越台灣廠。

隨著國內鋼價回穩，燁輝去年獲利也逐漸趨於穩定，不過，近來國際鋼價有轉跌趨勢，但原料調降速度跟不上產品報價降幅，成本壓力相對較大，燁輝因此對下半年獲利趨於保守。

至於業界關切的國內鋼價見底沒？鋼鐵業界龍頭中鋼董事長鄒若齊受訪說，有待密切觀察。

燁輝是非金屬礦物製品製造業，屬鋼鐵中游產業，於1988年建廠，生產熱浸鍍（鋁）鋅與彩塗鋼板等。1030618
