參加學運違法？黃國昌：呂學樟不懂法律

立法院今天進行考試院委員被提名人審查，國民黨立委呂學樟及孔文吉都提到，中研院副研究員黃國昌身兼公務人員，卻參與學運，是否違反公務人員行政中立法？

黃國昌回應表示，呂學樟長期待在司法法制委員會，連自己國家法律，自己立什麼法的內容都不了解就任意提出指控，他感到遺憾。

他說，呂學樟對法律有誤謬，竟又提出這樣膚淺的問題去問考試委員被提名人，他強調，如果參與學運行為真的違法，就應該提出證據。

至於被提名人針對該問題的看法，他說，如果被提名人與呂學樟先前提出的指控(違反行政中立)看法相同，那他建議這些被提名人不論最後同意權是否通過，他建議他們還是回去把我國關於行政中立的相關法規認識清楚，會比較好一點。
