「身體不適」 趙藤雄聲請停押

涉嫌行賄前桃園縣副縣長葉世文的遠雄集團董事長趙藤雄被羈押禁見兩周後，以身體不適為由，向台北地院聲請具保停止羈押程序，台北地院受理聲請，提訊趙今天下午2時30分開庭審理。

刑事訴訟法規定，被告於偵查中被羈押，可提此一聲請，法官可以以書面審理或是開庭審理，不過，都會徵詢聲押被告的檢察官之意見。

趙先前一度被法官裁定以500萬元交保，限制出境，然後又被羈押，在檢察官調查相關犯罪事實未趨明朗下，趙力搏交保會有一定難度，是否如願，視檢、辯秘密法庭內的攻防如何。
