鳳凰颱風 台南災變中心9點三級開設

因應鳳凰颱風，台南市災害應變中心今天晚上9點成立擴大三級開設，第一階段請災害防救辦公室、消防局、水利局及台南市後備指揮部等機關進駐。

另於中央氣象局發布海上陸上颱風警報，將台南市列入警戒區域後，立即提升為一級開設，其餘編組單位於20日7時前進駐，執行各項災害應變處置工作。

各區公所於今晚9點成立災害應變中心擴大三級開設，並依災害應變中心同步提升開設層級，另登入EMIS系統填報災害應變中心開設情形。
