防產品染餿 黑橋牌擬自製豬油

（中央社記者楊思瑞台南2014年9月19日電）黑橋牌公司生產的肉酥、肉粽受到劣質豬油風暴影響，今天清點回收商品準備進行銷毀，未來將朝自製豬油方向努力。

台南市政府衛生局下午將在永康焚化廠銷毀摻有劣質豬油的相關回收商品，黑橋牌公司上午將截至今天為止回收的肉粽、肉酥，準備送往焚化廠。

黑橋牌公司副總經理林廷隆說，至今回收肉粽1632顆，肉酥2489公斤，產品損失約新台幣270萬元，回收工作還在持續進行中。

他說，劣質豬油案剛好碰上中秋送禮檔期，今年的業績因此較往年下滑約30%；希望政府能趕快制定相關對策，以防以後再發生類似事件。

林廷隆指出，公司已購入相關機器設備，進行自榨豬油作業測試，若能全面達到品質穩定的要求，未來各相關產品就會使用自製豬油。
