餿水油究責 葉明功調職 經部GMP承辦組長記過

強冠餿水油事件初步完成善後，衛福部長邱文達今(3)日晚間主動請辭，食藥署署長葉明功調職，環保署廢棄物管理處長吳天機自動請調參事，經濟部工業局負責GMP業務的承辦組長洪輝嵩予以記過一次處分。

行政院今晚證實，責任檢討的負責單位包括衛福部、環保署、經濟部等相關單位。

衛福部方面，除了邱文達主動請辭，衛福部食藥署署長葉明功調職，職缺由副署長姜郁美接任。

環保署廢棄物管理處長吳天機由於廢食用油涉及廢棄物管理業務，為了表示負責，已自動請調參事，職缺由副處長賴瑩瑩接任。

經濟部工業局針對負責GMP業務的承辦組長洪輝嵩，予以記過1次處分。
