葉文祥交保 籌款不及 先還押

屏東地院下午審理強冠公司董事長葉文祥後，裁定950萬元交保，但限制出境、出海，每天中午12點向屏東警分局建國派出所報到。不過，葉的家屬一時籌不出交保金額，法官諭令還押屏東看守，等葉的家屬籌出款項，合議庭再提葉文祥，讓家屬辦理交保。檢方等收到裁定書，再決定是否提出抗告。
