昨天又收到面試通知,是國小補習班的面試通知 沒有做過相關 有人可以跟我講講補習班是在做什麼的嗎? 國小補習班的櫃檯或行政都是在做什麼 以前去公職補習班還看到櫃檯人員都在看自己的書,或是跟學員哈拉 那國小這種呢? 會比較複雜嗎 下面是從網站上看到的 一.補習班行政人員 工作內容： 1.依照公司內部各單位或公司外部來文草擬回覆的公文 2.將各類文件歸檔以供日後查詢 3.將核准之文件送打、校對、並登記發出日期、文號等紀錄 二.補習班櫃檯人員 工作內容： 1.訪客來訪時協助登記,換證與引導並招待 2.接應電話並篩選來電 三、國中班導師 工作內容： 1.於學生上課前進行學生點名畫位 2.班級秩序管理 3.批改考卷、作業或聯絡本，協助出題、解題 4.補習班環境清理維護 5.安排學生補課事宜 6.協助招生相關事項 7.處理其他班主任交代雜項工作 看起還似乎是櫃檯工作量最少 但事實怎樣我也不清楚 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.137.134.92 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1412334324.A.372.html
