稱商譽受損 工研整合今提告強冠詐欺

在這波餿水油事件中，工研整合行銷公司委託強冠代工的香豬油中鏢，覺得商譽受到嚴重損害，於是委託律師，於今天（9日）早上9點到高雄地檢署按鈴控告，告強冠公司詐欺。

工研整合行銷公司委託強冠公司代工生產「合將香豬油」，並購買約4611桶餿水油，是本次強冠餿水油的最大買家，而受工研整合行銷影響的下游廠商共計約4百多家。工研整合行銷表示，與強冠的委託合約書上，寫明如果強冠要更改香豬油配方，必須通知工研整合，但強冠卻沒通知，導致工研整合商譽受損。

工研整合強調，強冠向黑心廠商購買問題油品，導致工研整合行銷公司連帶受害，強冠明顯涉嫌刑事詐欺，另外，工研行銷公司也將對強冠進行民事求償。
