德英：不會參與空襲敘伊斯蘭國

（中央社柏林2014年9月11日綜合外電報導）德國和英國外交部長今天說，他們不會參與對敘利亞境內好戰團體伊斯蘭國（IS）的空襲行動。

德國外長史坦麥爾（Frank-Walter Steinmeier）在柏林記者會說，德國未被要求參與空襲，也不會加入空襲的行列。他說：「讓我明確地說，沒人要求我們這麼做，我們也不會這麼做。」

英國外交大臣韓蒙德（Philip Hammond）說，英國「全力支持美國締結國際聯盟」以對抗伊斯蘭國的作法。他形容伊斯蘭國「殘暴」，又說，至於如何協助此一聯盟，「我們不排除任何可能性」。

但是韓蒙德在會晤史坦麥爾後，被路透社詢問有關美國總統歐巴馬空襲敘利亞境內的伊斯蘭國提議時，回答說：「我要明白地說：英國不會參與對敘利亞境內的空襲，我們去年已在國會中有過討論，我們不會再回到同樣議題。」（譯者：中央社羅苑韶）
