蘇正德以身試油　東海大學：堅決反對用餿水製油

東海大學食品系教授蘇正德連日成為餿水油事件的新聞人物，對此，東海大學發表聲明指出，近日本校蘇正德教授個人專業的主張與見解，並不能代表學校的意見。

以下為東海大學針對本次餿水油事件的聲明：

1.東海大學堅決反對用餿水製油；我們認為這是不誠實，也是不道德的事情。 2.近日本校蘇正德教授個人專業的主張與見解，並不能代表學校的意見。 3.坊間相關的言論，百家齊鳴，有各自的說法。我們充分理解社會的恐慌，但擔心與掛慮是無法解決問題。我們希望社會上透過理性思辯討論與對話，來面對及處理這些黑心業界所造成的食品安全問題。
