越南遊行 總統：料敵從寬禦敵從嚴

越南排華行動將於明天大規模示威遊行，馬英九總統今天在府內召集會議，親自聽取行政院應變小組報告。

馬總統表示，要秉持「料敵從寬、禦敵從嚴」原則，必要時立刻加派專機協助台商僑民返國。
