中選會說滿20歲投票是憲法規定

立法院內政委員會今天邀請中選會報告公職人員及正副總統選罷法修正草案。中選會副主委劉義周報告指出，對於修公職人員選罷法第14條，以及總統選罷法第11條，選舉人年齡由20歲降至18歲，世界各國多是如此。基於擴大政治參與考量，中選會樂觀其成。

劉義周說，依憲法第130條規定，中華民國國民年滿20歲者，有依法選舉之權，降低選舉年齡，尚涉及修憲，宜一併納入考量。
