中俄軍演、亞信峰會 明登場

大陸兩件涉外大事一同於明天（20日）舉行，一是中俄海上軍演，二是亞信峰會在上海開幕。外交部副部長程國平指出，此次亞信峰會歷來規格最高，願在此架構下，引導有關方以平等協商、和平合作方式處理矛盾分歧。

程國平昨日就亞洲相互協作與信任措施（亞信）會議第四次峰會舉行會前記者會。會議期間，大陸國家主席習近平將與俄羅斯總統普丁舉行高峰會。

習近平昨在會見與會貴賓時說，中方反對外部勢力干涉中亞國家內部事務。倡導共同、綜合、合作、可持續的亞洲安全觀，共同促進地區和平、穩定、發展。

與此同時，中俄兩國海軍定於5月20日至26日，在中國長江口以東的東海北部海空域舉行代號為「海上聯合-2014」的海上聯合軍事演習。

參與此次軍演的俄羅斯最重要軍艦、俄羅斯瓦良格號導彈巡洋艦，昨下午停靠上海軍港碼頭。演習中方總導演、中國海軍副司令員田中說，此次聯合演習將進一步提升兩國海軍共同應對海上安全威脅的能力。
