黃昆輝：民調證明12年國教徹底失敗

台聯8月21到24日針對十二年國教進行全國性民調，台聯主席黃昆輝今天宣布調查結果，僅有1成2民眾認為十二年國教第一屆的實施是成功的，但高達63％都認為失敗，另有73.3％民眾認為家長學生不滿意，只有1成1民眾認為家長學生滿意。

至於如何改善調整呢？台聯指出，約57.2％過半數認為應恢復原來基測方式，另有27.7％民眾認為維持現行制度進行調整即可。

黃昆輝表示，民意很清楚，馬英九總統硬推十二年國教已經證明徹底失敗、政策崩盤，他要求行政院長應出來道歉，懸崖勒馬，立即止血，有錯就要改，不要一意孤行，拿學生當試驗品，繼續「滾動式」改下去。
