不滿金正恩面臨審判 北韓揚言發動核戰

韓國時報報導，在聯合國的委員會通過決議要求將北韓領袖金正恩送至國際刑事法庭審判後，北韓23日威脅說，朝鮮半島可能會爆發核戰。

北韓國營的朝鮮中央通訊社報導，北韓國防委員會表示：「我們的軍隊與人民斷然駁斥與拒絕由美國與同盟提出的人權決議案。美國等國將須為瘋狂人權分子所引發難以想像且災難性的後果負責。」

聯合國大會負責人權問題的第三委員會，上周二通過不具約束力的決議案，要求安全理事會將北韓領導人金正恩送交國際法庭審判。

這項決議案下月須先經聯合國大會表決，然後再在送到安理會進行投票。
