伊朗核談判無果 再延7個月

伊朗與中美俄等六國在奧地利舉行核談判，談判期限於24日屆滿。美國高級官員透露，雙方未能達成共識，但已同意核談判再延長七個月，至明年6月30日。

有外交官稱，談判分歧在於兩點：濃縮鈾提鍊及解除制裁。伊朗希望增加離心機的數目及西方盡快撤銷出口石油制裁，西方則希望伊朗減少離心機，並以較長時間逐步解除對伊朗制裁。

伊朗與中、美、俄、法、日、德六國就核問題談判，美聯社引述匿名外交官消息報導，雙方已同意延長談判，預計明年3月1日達成框架協議，7月1日前落實細節。伊朗首都德黑蘭23日有大批學生上街，表示支持當局的核計畫。

由於談判的議題非常複雜，且雙方仍存有很大分歧，英國外相韓蒙德（Philip Hammond）亦確定，目前不可能達成協議，已把限期延至明年6月30日。
