《科技》換股結盟，橘子晉升Aeria主要股東

【時報記者莊丙農台北報導】日本遊戲研發廠商Aeria正式對外宣布以全數股票交換方式收購遊戲橘子 (6180) 日本子公司，總金額約4.5億日圓，預計今年12月24日完成交割，遊戲橘子也將成為Aeria的主要股東之一。

　Aeria在日本以代理為主，主要經營手遊及端遊，代理過中國完美世界、臺灣傳奇 (4994) 等華人遊戲研發廠商的遊戲，遊戲橘子出售日本子公司後，將成為其策略伙伴以及公司股東。另外，遊戲橘子旗下樂點卡公司在日本的子公司，也可望擴大日本市場，取得更多遊戲的金流服務。
