中油委國油田 仲裁勝訴

委內瑞拉2007年2月單方面頒布法令，剝奪包括中油所擁有的西帕里亞礦區及東帕里亞礦區權益，且委國政府未同意合理補償，中油2010年向國際商會對委內瑞拉國營油公司CVP及PDVSA提請仲裁。

中油公司表示，仲裁庭於2013年11月中宣判，判決被告應償付中油過去所有投資金額8,091萬美元與利息，並須分攤仲裁費用三分之二（中油分攤三分之一）；同時，被告連帶須負擔中油律師費用的二分之一，其律師費用自行負擔。

仲裁庭2014年3月再對計息方式爭議增補裁決，以2007年收歸國有日起至實際付款日止，按每一曆季三月期LIBOR+1%計算利息。雙方根據仲裁判決再對實際賠償金額進行計算並協商達共識後，中油2014年5月30日收到委方匯入之賠償金額9,589.5萬多美元。
