菲審大陸漁民 缺翻譯延期

菲律賓對9名大陸漁民的審判程序，今天(17日)因為缺乏翻譯人員而延期。

這些大陸漁民是因為撈捕好幾百隻海龜，在具有領土爭議的南沙群島半月暗沙附近被捕。

中國大陸已經要求菲律賓釋放這些漁民，並且指這項逮捕行動為非法，因為當時這些漁民是在中國的水域。

中國宣稱，擁有南海90%的主權；不過，聲稱擁有南海主權的國家，還包括了汶萊、馬來西亞、菲律賓、越南以及台灣。每年行經南海海域的貿易運輸，價值高達5兆美元。

中國漁民在接受審判之前的聽證會已經延期了2次，而預定18日的審判可能也會取消，除非找到翻譯人員。
