標題[問題] 在分隔島上的東西？

剛剛騎經過中華九如路口在停紅燈， 看到這東西在分隔島上順手拍下XD 看起來很像三角點， 小魯孤陋寡聞，有人知道這是什麼？有何作用嗎？ --
