謝：馬英九是癱瘓議事的始作俑者

針對馬英九總統在國民黨全代會時，痛批民進黨是台灣民主最大危機，行政院前院長謝長廷今天主持廣播節目時說，馬英九批評民進黨癱瘓議事讓法案無法通過，但是馬英九自己本身就是始作俑者。當初他擔任行政院長時提出八年八百億的治水預算，當時國民黨主席馬英九指揮立委用高雄捷運貪汙弊案，要他接受公審，不讓他上台報告。讓他只好在立法院裡批閱公文，至今讓他印象深刻。

謝長廷表示，台灣政局朝野互動的方式，應徹底檢討，台灣很小，互相分裂對台灣前途沒有任何好處。

謝長廷說，他長期主張共生合作，互相杯葛抵制的模式是不對的，要深刻檢討，針對事情，不要針對黨或是個人。
